The organic product certification certificate (Certificate No.: COR02306066-2024004, Production Unit Name: Zi Kang Organic (PLANT YOUR HEALTH LIMITED), Production Unit Address: 10/F, Dawning Hse, 145 Connaught Rd Central, Sheung Wan, HK) issued by Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Center. (FOFCC) and held by Zi Kang Organic (PLANT YOUR HEALTH LIMITED) will be voluntarily relinquished starting from May 16, 2025. The company hereby voluntarily applies for the cancellation of the certification certificate.
