FOFCC possesses fixed office premises, professional facilities, and a dedicated team of certification personnel meeting national requirements, continuously maintaining technical capabilities and qualification conditions to ensure the professionalism and authority of certification activities.
II. Standardized Operations and Management System
1.Compliance with Procedures
FOFCC strictly adheres to the fundamental certification norms and procedural requirements, prohibiting any addition, reduction, or omission of procedures to ensure the completeness and traceability of the certification process.
2.Risk Management and Accountability
FOFCC has established a risk management mechanism to implement effective prevention and control measures against potential risks arising from certification activities and shall bear corresponding civil, administrative, and criminal liabilities in accordance with the law.
3.Transparency and Information Disclosure
FOFCC publicly discloses the following information through its official website, ensuring its authenticity and validity:
Certification scope, rules, certificate templates, and logo designs;
Names, addresses, and certification scopes of branch offices;
Fee schedules and methods for verifying certificate validity.
III. Ethical Practice and Social Responsibility
1.Confidentiality Obligations
FOFCC strictly safeguards state secrets, trade secrets, and client information obtained during certification activities, preventing any unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
2.Rejection of Unethical Conduct
FOFCC prohibits accepting funding that may compromise impartiality and strictly prohibits unethical practices such as commercial bribery and fraudulent certification to uphold industry credibility.
3.Continuous Improvement and Supervision
FOFCC conducts regular internal audits and management reviews, proactively accepts public oversight, and promptly rectifies any violations while reporting to regulatory authorities.
IV. Legal Liability and Supervision Mechanism
FOFCC hereby pledges:
To voluntarily assume legal liabilities and administrative penalties in case of any violation of this declaration;
