青岛花田熊食品科技有限公司所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）颁发的有机产品认证证书（生产单元名称：江苏鲜之源水产食品有限公司，生产单元地址：江苏省南通市如东县经济开发区新区井冈山路西侧，认证证书编号：122OP2500007）。于2025年12月31日起，放弃认证，现自愿申请注销认证证书，依据FOFCC-AR04《变更、注销、暂停、恢复、撤销认证规则》，FOFCC决定对沧州五谷食尚食品科技有限公司所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以注销。
Since the date of cancellation of the organic product certification certificate, Cangzhou Wugu Shishang Food Technology Co., Ltd. shall :
(1). Immediately stop using the organic product certificates issued by FOFCC.
(2). Immediately stop using the China Organic Product Certification Mark, FOFCC logo and Anti-fake organic labels (Chinese organic code). Any unused China Organic Product Certification Marks, FOFCC logos, and anti-fake organic labels (Chinese organic code) must be returned to FOFCC or destroyed under FOFCC supervision.
(3). Refrain from making any misleading statements or promotions about their certification status.
