    Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak in Shenyang, in order to ensure the timely issuance of certification certificates and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, and on the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of the certification business process and handling procedures, FOFCC has decided to temporarily suspend the mailing of printed certification certificates effective immediately, and to activate the electronic certification certificate service. The QR code on the certificate can be scanned to link to FOFCC's own server to verify the authenticity of the certification certificate or download the electronic certification certificate. Electronic certification certificates have the same effect as printed certification certificates and are legally valid.
