Due to adjustments in its corporate development plan, Shanghai Heyan Industrial Co., Ltd. will no longer engage in organic product production and has applied to cancel the organic product certification certificate (Certificate No.: 122OP1400015) issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC), which is valid until April 15, 2020.
