Since the Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification (hereinafter referred to as the “Implementation Rules”) CNCA-N-009:2019 and the Organic Products — Requirements for Production, Processing, Labeling and Management System (hereinafter referred to as the “Organic Product Standards”) GB/T 19630-2019 will officially come into effect on January 1, 2020. The Implementation Rules have undergone significant changes, with more rigorous wording and stricter requirements, and have introduced more detailed provisions regarding organic product producers, operators (traders), imported organic products, commissioned processing (OEM), organic goji berry production, product sampling and testing, and sales certificate management. GB/T 19630-2019 has also undergone major revisions in terms of standard framework and content. In addition, as the transition period set by Taiwan's Organic Agriculture Promotion Act ends on May 30, 2020, all organic products exported to Taiwan must be certified in accordance with Taiwan's organic regulations, otherwise they will be denied entry.文章源自FOFCC-http://www.fofcc.org.cn/en/11742/
In view of the above circumstances, we plan to hold a training and briefing session for certified organizations on December 23, 2019 in Shenyang, to provide detailed explanations of the new requirements, new changes, and new trends in the Implementation Rules and Organic Product Standards.
