黑龙江省福田种善米业有限公司所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（证书编号：122OP1200034）有效期至2016年7月12日，由于认证委托人未能及时履行有机生产/加工认证合同。依据中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局令第155号《有机产品认证管理办法》、CNCA-N-009:2014 《有机产品认证实施规则》及FOFCC-AR04：2016《变更、注销、暂停、恢复、撤销认证规则》，FOFCC决定对黑龙江省福田种善米业有限公司所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以暂停，暂停期自2016年3月31日至4月30日。文章源自FOFCC-http://www.fofcc.org.cn/en/11569/
