EU organic product certification is the EU organic regulation issued and implemented by the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission. It is composed of EU 2018/848 and its subsidiary regulations. The certification bodies for EU organic can be government departments or private institutions authorized by the government. Once a product is certified by a certification body, the EU organic certification mark can be applied to the product, and it can smoothly enter the EU organic food market. For production enterprises within EU countries, certification bodies implement certification directly in accordance with EU organic regulations. Enterprises in non-EU countries may apply for certification under organic standards of countries or regions recognized as equivalent to EU organic regulations, or under the certification bodies' own standards. Two well-known symbols form the basis of the EU organic logo. The EU flag -- the official symbol of the European Union since 1986 -- and a leaf, which symbolizes nature and sustainability in various shapes. The combination of these two symbols creates a unique visual element that is self-explanatory and highly attractive. Apply for EU Organic Certification Now
หมายเหตุ:IBD has obtained accreditation from IOAS (International Organic Accreditation Service) and approval from the European Commission. Organic products produced by enterprises in mainland China certified by IBD can bear the EU organic certification mark and be exported to the EU market. FOFCC has signed an EU organic certification subcontracting agreement with IBD and can provide EU organic certification services for production enterprises in mainland China and surrounding countries or regions. - KRAV processing standards: Processing enterprises within the EU in all Nordic countries, as well as companies outside the Nordic countries that package and handle unpackaged products, can be certified.
- KRAV agricultural standards can only be used in Nordic countries.
- KRAV fishery standards apply only to the Northeast Atlantic and the Baltic Sea, as well as freshwater aquaculture in Nordic countries.
- For enterprises outside the EU, on the basis of obtaining EU organic certification, they must provide KRAV inspection reports to KRAV-certified enterprises, thereby demonstrating that the production process meets the additional requirements of KRAV organic standards, such as social responsibility.
