FOFCC strictly complies with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation, the Measures for the Administration of Certification Bodies, and other laws and regulations, independently carries out certification activities, and ensures that certification results are free from interference by any interested parties.
2. Independence and Impartiality
FOFCC undertakes to remain independent from certification clients and other interested parties, and shall not participate in any commercial transactions or interest-related activities that may affect the objectivity of certification, ensuring the authenticity, objectivity, and impartiality of certification conclusions.
3. Qualification and Competence Assurance
FOFCC has fixed office premises, professional facilities, and a team of full-time certification personnel that meets national requirements, continuously maintains its technical competence and qualification conditions, and ensures the professionalism and authority of its certification activities.
II. Standardized Operation and Management System
1. Compliance Operations
Strictly implement procedural requirements in accordance with basic certification specifications and certification rules, eliminate any act of adding, reducing, or omitting procedures, and ensure that the certification process is complete and traceable.
2. Risk Management and Assumption of Responsibility
Establish a risk management mechanism, take effective preventive and control measures against risks that may arise from certification activities, and assume corresponding civil, administrative, and criminal liabilities in accordance with the law.
3. Information Disclosure and Transparency
Disclose the following information to the public through the official website, and ensure that it is true and valid:
Certification fields, rules, certificate formats, and mark formats;
Names, addresses, and certification scope of branch offices;
Fee standards and channels for verifying certificate validity.
III. Integrity in Practice and Social Responsibility
1. Confidentiality Obligation
Strictly keep confidential state secrets, commercial secrets, and client information learned during certification activities, and prevent disclosure or misuse.
2. Rejection of Improper Conduct
Prohibit acceptance of funding that may affect impartiality, strictly prohibit commercial bribery, false certification, and other violations, and safeguard the credibility of the industry.
3. Continuous Improvement and Supervision
Conduct regular internal audits and management reviews, actively accept social supervision, promptly rectify violations, and report them to regulatory authorities.
IV. Legal Liability and Supervision Mechanism
FOFCC undertakes:
If the above declaration is violated, it voluntarily assumes legal liability and administrative penalties;
To be responsible for the authenticity of certification conclusions and prohibit the issuance of false or inaccurate reports;
To establish a complaint handling mechanism and promptly respond to and properly resolve questions from clients and the public.
